WEBSPINNERS, began in 1997 providing consultation and strategic services in web development. Now entering its third year of operation, the company has tripled in size of revenues since inception. "The business really started to turn around after we launched our first site for St. Francis DeSales Parish of Muskegon," said Blair

The owner claims the ultimate goal is to create a business plan for the client's website. "We want to create a plan and set goals as to how the website is going to play a part in making money for the client," said Blair. The company accomplishes this by producing the actual layout and graphical design of the site but also meets with the client to determine the marketing strategy of the site. "We want to have a strategy mapped out for our clients as to how we convert website visitors into repeat buyers," said Blair.

Combining marketing and creativity is a natural for the owners considering Blair graduated with a marketing degree. "Everything we do is creative and unique for our client," said Blair. "Our clients don't have to worry about their web page looking like all the rest."

In addition to having access to technical resources, the company prides itself on creating relationships with clients. "We extend the relationship beyond just the completion of the website. We have quarterly meetings with the client to see how the website is performing and then discuss ideas on improvements," said Blair. That reputation for quality has earned the company the honor of developing a web site for the Miss Michigan scholarship program. "We are excited about this new project in hopes that it leads to future business with the pageant," said Blair.
